A online and offline policy journal launched by some 50 leading European think tanks, it aims to contribute to a high-level discussion on European identity. It offers policy-makers and opinion-formers from across Europe a platform for presenting ideas and forging consensus on key issues. It also reflects the diversity of national policy debates in EU states, with particular attention to new and candidate countries. Major actors in European politics, such as Javier Solana or Daniel Cohn-Bendit, comment on the state of Europe and present their ideas and visions for the continent. The archive is fully searchable and every journal issue can be downloaded for free in a pdf version.
