The newsletter of the Biennial of Young Artist from Europe and the Mediterranean (BJCEM) aims to strengthen cultural relationships beyond political and geographical borders between institutions and cultural associations in the Mediterranean area. The Biennale brings together young European and Mediterranean artists for periodic meetings in the main cities around the 'mare nostrum'.
