
Started as an independent contemporary circus group in Stockholm in 1995 and has undergone rapid expansion since then, using art and education as its working tools. Includes touring performances in Sweden and abroad, a circus festival called Subörb, events, courses, networks and contemporary circus education. In 2005, Cirkus Cirkör became an institution with the goal of securing the position of contemporary circus as an art form.
