Supports independent groups of artists and institutions in South East Europe and the Ukraine. A joint programme of PRO HELVETIA and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), it provides financial and technical assistance for cultural projects and supports initiatives to organise local activities and contemporary artistic productions. Its main objectives include the sustainability and independence of cultural organisations.
