The EUROMEDINCULTURE Citizenship project brought together nine European partners for nine regional forums, gathering different audiences from several countries in order to discuss the main challenges of the European Agenda for Culture.
The methodology of the project included a consultative process, as well as debates about the three topics of the European Agenda for Culture. Several hundred questionnaires were analysed by experts. Reports were drawn up after each of the nine regional forums. Subsequently, a large European forum took place in Montpellier, France, involving 1,200 participants.
The document has been widely disseminated, with the aim of becoming a tool for European institutions, providing content for current reflections about the place of culture in future European policies.
