I am afreelance photographer and based in Copenhagen, Denmark and specialized in the study and photographic documentation of the Islamic architekture in Europe. The main focus of my work is the different interpretation of Islam and my impressions of the Muslim community and the Islamic architecture in Europe. My aim is to establish more understanding and dialogue between Western and Muslim world.

I was born 1955 in Aachen, Germany. In 1978 I left Germany for Denmark and since then I have been living in Copenhagen, Denmark.
