Policies for Culture - Policy Resources for Culture in South East Europe (PfC)

Regional framework programme of the European Cultural Foundation (Amsterdam) and the ECUMEST Association (Bucharest) operational between 2000/08.

It aimed to establish effective cultural policies throughout South East Europe (SEE) and foster models of good practice. The programme has officialy been closed but the website remains online as an archive of information on participative policy-making in SEE featuring all the PfC past project activities, publications and reports.
