With thirty years experience in arts and arts buildings management, Paul is a free-lance trainer, fund raiser, project manager, researcher and consultant working in the UK and across Europe.

He is a director on the the board of two theatre companies, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a partner in the cultural agency, Oliverarte.

Paul has been an administrator for two theatre companies, the manager of a Polish dance theatre group, the Manager of the The Kings Head Theatre Club in London, a commercial theatre producer, the founder Director of the Junction cultural centre in Cambridge, and president of the European network, TEH (Trans europe Halles).
