It is a multilateral, cross-sectoral, transborder collaboration – a pan-European, interdisciplinary arts platform that weaves together experiences and expressions from different European regions and coasts, with the aim of supporting the creative re-invention of port cities and post-industrial spaces by bringing together artists, advisers and cultural operators.
