Supporting developing countries with cultural projects, this national association carries out cultural projects and cultural research and offers training programmes. It supports, facilitates or studies cultural projects, taking into account the cultural dimension in the development process of Southern countries. The permanent team is made up of sociologists and economists who specialise in cultural development.
