The Foundation promotes Dutch visual arts, design and cultural heritage both nationally and abroad, also stimulating initiatives designed to bring foreign projects of topical interest to the Netherlands. It also publishes material and organises symposia and debates about the latest trends in art. It supports international presentations of contemporary visual arts and design from the Netherlands, promotional publications, participation in international art fairs, design fairs, biennials an triennials and fashion week.
