A database project set up by Kulturkontakt Austria, it features links to a wide range of cultural institutions in Central and Eastern Europe. The database includes amongst other cultural project funding offices, publishing houses, exhibition spaces, theatres, music and arts centres.
Also included are links to cultural network organisations and their members, as well as Western European institutions that provide funding for the production of Eastern European art and culture.
