Lars Ebert is deputy director of ELIA - The European League of Institutes of the Arts and project leader of the Erasmus Network for Higher Arts Education in Europe, artesnet europe. He is also co-ordinating the programme of the cultural foundation Castrum Peregrini in his city of residence, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He has the German nationality and holds a degree in Theology.
