An EU-funded new technology project which seeks to open up European cultural heritage to worldwide access via a multilingual open source platform. Its aim is to provide (by 2007) easy access to the digital collections of museums, libraries and archives of various European countries. The project is run by a consortium of public and private partners from 15 EU countries. The site contains useful links on interoperability, inventories and related reference material.
