
The results of a research project that identified and analysed key competencies of cultural professionals working in European cultural cooperation.
The Vania project, through a series of surveys, questioned and explored the new circumstances, needs and opportunities for cultural operators to update their skills and knowledge in order to improve their effectiveness and employability in the field. It comes up with ideas and recommendations for the development of a process for certification of courses aimed at cultural managers involved in transnational projects.
