This special e-zine from the European Cultural Foundation (ECF) brings together a panoply of cultural, scientific and political perspectives on the subject of mobility in the arts and culture in Europe. Originally dedicated to ECF´s retiring Board Member: Hywel Ceri Jones, the e-zine offers a brief tour of mobility supportive funds and tools available for artists and cultural operators.
