
The outcome of a year-long project between the three Baltic-Nordic municipalities of Bergen (Norway), Tartu (Estonia) and Turku (Finland).
The project was designed to develop creative industry strategies or action plans at the local government level. The international experts working on the project included: Colin Mercer, Robert Marijnissen and Henrik Sparre-Ulrich. The project manager was Kroot Kaljusto-Munck
The project was financed by the Nordic Innovation Centre, the three municipalities and the Estonian Ministry of Culture.
