The Nordic Culture Point, under the auspices of the Nordic Council, is to promote and pursue Nordic cultural co-operation further: provides information and consultancy to professionals within the field of culture; acts as a service function and serves as a secretariat for the framework programmes of the Nordic Ministries of Culture; as well as co-ordinate the activities of the Nordic cultural forums. It will also profile Nordic cultural co-operation within and outside the Nordic region. Of special interest: the Nordic Culture Fund; the Arts and Culture Programme; and the Mobility and Residency Programme.
