A foundation that aims to improve Portuguese-Spanish cooperation in the cultural, economic and scientific domains. Along with the organisation and promotion of an events agenda, from conferences and seminars to publications, the foundation develops longer term programmes, including discussion and innovation forums and university exchanges.
