A transgovernmental cooperation body whose task is to support cultural cooperation between the Nordic countries. It supports cultural projects in the Nordic Region or Nordic projects outside the Nordic Region. Projects must include at least three Nordic countries. Contributions can be granted to e.g. conferences, concerts, tours, exhibitions, festivals, general education, higher education, and research.
