Agencies & programmes

National and intergovernmental agencies normally focus on national promotion. When it comes to overseas work, they are usually supported by Foreign Ministries. Some agencies do invest in bilateral and multilateral cooperation processes (e.g., the Asia–Europe Foundation and the Visegrad Fund). They are usually linked, directly or indirectly, to national Ministries of Foreign Affairs.
