Observatory of Cultural Policies in Africa ( OCPA)

The Observatory was created in 2002 and it is supported by the African Union, UNESCO, the Ford Foundation and Culturelink. OCPA is an independent pan-African professional organisation set up to support the development of national cultural policies in the region and help their integration at a regional and international level.
