A UK-based research centre committed to developing a broad, empirically focused account of cultural change and its economic, social and political implications. It concentrates its activities around four major topics: cultural economy; transformations in media, culture and economy; culture, governance and citizenship; cultural values and politics. Research is mainly UK-oriented, but touches on global and European issues.
