A web portal for child and youth culture in the Nordic countries of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and North-West Russia, initiated by the Nordic Council of Ministers. Includes more than 750 annotated links to websites about young people's culture. Aimed primarily at adults working with young people, it creates opportunities for contacts and network building internationally and nationally.
