Looks at the intersection between policy and culture and explores how the arts can trigger political changes in Moldova. Compiled by the East Europe Reflection Group, which was brought together by the European Cultural Foundation with the support of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, the publication concentrates on three countries on the EU's doorstep that are part of its Neighbourhood Policy: Belarus, Moldova and the Ukraine. A report on each country gives a view of the political and cultural issues at stake, as well as advancing some recommendations and identifying possible cultural actors of change. Read the synthesis report on the three countries here.
