A youth initiative, developed within the framework of the Barcelona Declaration, that aims to create a network of creative young artists, art institutions, associations, art experts and professionals supporting the young artists' community. Its goal is to provide members operating in the Euro-Mediterranean cultural field with a vehicle for communication, and a clear and distinct voice.
