Council of the Baltic Sea States ( CBSS)

An intergovernmental platform for regional cooperation in the economic, social, scientific and cultural fields. Its working bodies include the Baltic Sea Monitoring Group on Heritage Cooperation and the Ars Baltica Organising Comittee. Members of the Council include the 11 states of the Baltic Sea region and the EC.
