
A foundation which assists authors through education and training as well as other measures. Its activities include an authors' aid and fund management, an author and publisher benefit society, welfare activities, training and research, professional courses and seminars, and the provision of study grants. It also promotes and initiates collaboration and exchange between Spanish and Spanish-American authors, in recognition of their common cultural heritage, and works alongside other foundations.
