An independent cultural organisation, working in three main fields: research, advocacy and support. It carries out an ongoing mapping of the Bulgarian cultural sector, coordinates the work of NGOs in the area of arts and culture, runs the Cult.bg server for arts and culture and administers a fund to support emerging artists in Bulgaria.
