An association of European festivals of photography, which aims to be a focus of broad cooperation, organising exhibitions, lectures, workshops, slideshows and portfolio reviews. Its members include 28 of the largest international festivals of photography in Europe. It was initiated by the Foundation of Visual Education in Poland.
