it aims to improve the environment of the child through music, arts and all the disciplines necessary for personal fulfilment (MUS-E Programme), to promote musical expressions and encounters of different cultures through the organisation of specific events, and to encourage the expression and representation of cultural identities. It is the centre of a network of around 15 national structures based in Europe and Brazil.
