The centre's mission is to work for social transformation in the Ukraine through culture, to promote the development of Lviv’s cultural sector, and to adapt culture to the community’s needs.
The centre aims to encourage and support growth and development; to raise awareness among policy-makers and the wider community about the role for and value of culture; and to act as a model for other initiatives around the country.
