A project involving the conversion of the Ottoman Empire’s first power station - Silahtarağa Power Plant - into a Museum of Contemporary Arts, a Museum of Energy and a cultural and educational centre. The conversion aims to contribute to economic and social development through the creative and transformative potential of the arts and education. Led by İstanbul Bilgi University (BİLGİ), with local, regional and international partners.
