A platform which brings together the representatives of Istanbul's European national cultural institutes in order to realise common projects in cooperation with Turkish institutions. The projects it has implemented so far are: European Bands in İstanbul (2003), Europist.net Istanbul Virtual European Cultural Center (2004), Cultural Management Programme (2005), and the International Forum on Turkey-Europe Cultural Relations (2005).
