Based in Toledo, Spain, it targets policy-makers, academics, civil servants, business people, social and cultural organisations and citizens interested in discussing issues that affect their work and lives. It runs four programmes focusing on: social inclusion; international cultural cooperation; creative economy; and rural development and climate change.
