A regional resource centre for culture, covering north-central Bulgaria. A service provider for local professional artist and cultural organisations, it coordinates local activities of Family of NGOs in Arts and Culture for Gabrovo and Triavn and runs a small regional grant scheme. Started in 2006 as a cooperation project with the Swiss Cultural Programme for South-East Europe and Ukraine.
