The first centre of contemporary arts in Tirana, it offers a permanent platform for Albanian and international contemporary art.

TICA maintains an archive of contemporary arts in Albania, supports artistic productions and organises the international A.I.R. residency programme. It is the first institute in Albania to offer support to promising local artists, enabling them to collaborate in the Balkan region and beyond.
