With support from the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the foundation offers support and assistance to art groups and organisations and develops support systems to achieve more efficient arts management. This covers the fields of international exchange, human resources development, information and consulting.

KAMS organises the annual Performing Arts Market in Seoul (PAMS) and carries out support projects to help Korean performing artists enter overseas markets.
