A programme is a new consortium of European museum, gallery and adult learning networks, agencies and institutions meant to share experience, disseminate findings and encourage collaboration and exploration.
It is a project funded by the European Commission to collect, promote and share good practice case studies in learning and education for adults with a special focus on projects to benefit people who may be disadvantaged in society.
