The first point of contact for organisations wishing to apply for funding under the EU framework programme for culture, CCPs are responsible for its promotion and for making sure that information flows smoothly between national cultural institutions in EU member states. The Czech Republic's CCP is hosted by the Arts Institute (Institut Umění), an 'information, advisory, educational and production centre for the arts'.
