Camões Institute (IC) is the Portuguese agency for external cultural policy under the auspices of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Its main areas of activity are the promotion of Portuguese culture and language teaching at University level, operating in the areas of education, science, culture, sports youth and mass media.
