An initiative to establish an international documentation centre and internet portal for culture statistics.
It intends to give access and offer a statistical infrastructure to users in culture policy and practice worldwide, as well as providing a network and a community for statisticians and researchers. One of the aims is to develop tools for comparative analysis and the definition of culture indicators.
