Bernhard Knoblach is an information specialist, web developer and web designer with a background in the field of library and information science and culture. He works as technical developer on the creation of the Lab's Portal for European Cultural Cooperation. His role will comprise of the technical roll-out and the co-operation with external suppliers on technical issues of the portal. Bernhard has more than 10 years of international level experience with the public, private and voluntary sector and has been involved in the creation and the delivery of large international educational and cultural portals for the European Commission and other international clients. He has a degree in Information Science and Education and a Master in Arts and Mechanics of Information from the University of Journalism in Marseilles.
