The City Council of Barcelona has launched a call for proposals to cities and local governments which are members of United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) in Africa, Latin America and the Mediterranean, to carry out international cultural cooperation projects in the framework of Agenda 21 for culture. The purpose of these subsidies is to foster these objectives:
Only local governments from some countries in the mentioned geographical areas can participate can lead a project in this call for proposals, which will have a maximum length of 18 months.
(Note that local governments can submit the project with a non-profit organisation or education institution.)
The organisation strongly recommends to get in touch through e-mail before start drafting the project.
