A few days in Rio de Janeiro. Invited to explain progress of Agenda 21 for culture (www.agenda21culture.net). Attended several other seminars and meetings. Feel WCF 2006 was succesful to attract the main players in cultural cooperation scene. Rich debates. Difficult though, many people that do not know who the another are. Not surprising... Hope the initiative becomes periodical. World governance needs to hear strong voices from culture. It will take time, maybe two or three more editions, before this voice is loud. Eppur si muove.
