It seems that there is a need for cultural projects which help to strengthen ties between "European countries".
Well, can you imagin an activity which was

- a play
- a dance music party.
- a collective art exhibition of European artists.
- a reading encouragement
- an international cultural event which helps to build bonding bridges in Europe.

I could long ago, (registration date September 2000. It was devised some years before, though)
This project has been waiting for me, I have had to get an adequate English level, and for society to be more open (`ó ?).
It is so ambitious that I have to take thoroughly steps.
One of these steps is "Urban Sekitei", a collective art instalation.
To make the most of it, it requires, at least, a video artist, a dj or electronic musician, an ideally a software programmer.
