I am the President of the young intellectuals Association “ARS DOR” that is one of the most active ONGs in the cultural field in Moldova. I graduated the Academy of Fine Arts and Invisible College of Moldova (Laboratory of Anthropology, Culture and Philosophy). In 2003 I was the President of Youth Parliament of Moldova, organized by US Embassy and UNICEF. I am curator and project director of many international cultural and social projects, exhibitions, summer camps, conferences and charity campaigns. In 2006 with the support of IFPC UNESCO I launched the International Art Project “Eurointegration through Art” that involved 21 artists from Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Georgia and Latvia who became Ambassadors of Eurointegration through art. In this context I was nominated for the “Young European of the Year 2006” Award offered by Heinz Schwarzkopf Foundation, European Youth Parliament and the European Parliament.
I am a “Messianic Artist”, working in realist style. In my paintings and research I focuse on the philosophical, social-political, Judaic and biblical themes. I am “a collector of children images”, presenting a series of children portraits with names from biblical genealogy, such as “Adam”, “Abraham”, “Joseph”, ”David”, “Debora”, etc. – personalities whose identities had a strong impact in the humankind history. I am interested in identity crisis of modern society and offers in his paintings indisputable models of integrity.
