The Cultural Policy and Cultural Diversity project produced country studies from Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, "the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia", Romania, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, the Ukraine and the UK. Each of them addresses the links between cultural policy and cultural diversity in their country and explores challenges for the future.Examples of interesting projects are presented. As part of the project, a team of experts engaged in an extensive programme of discussions and meetings with those involved in both cultural practices and cultural policy in each country studied. A number of research policy papers were also commissioned from academic and policy specialists, in order to further explore issues and themes of particular interest and concern for the diversity agenda.
