Independent arts body that supports a wide range of music.
Its main activities are: jazz festivals (it has organised three since 1998), international workshops and training courses (about 10 international workshops for music students in jazz, classical and electro-acoustic music). The organisation participates in international cultural projects, organizing tours for Moldovan musicians in Europe. In 2005, it started producing and promoting CDs of Moldovan jazz musicians.
