A publication that emerged from a reflection process initiated by the European Cultural Foundation. Ten leading personalities from the region (artists, intellectuals, cultural producers and political experts) formed a Reflection Group which discussed the relevance of the arts to Balkan European integration. The Heart of the Matter, edited by Chris Keulemans and David Cameron, contains essays by six cultural experts, offering analysis and reflection on this subject. The book is also available in print format from communication@eurocult.org.
